The city of Aurora, Parks, Recreation and Open Space Department (PROS) is seeking proposals from interested consulting firms for renovation planning and design from schematic design & public engagement through contract documents for the existing Summer Valley Park & Bellewood Park. This project will primarily address playground renovations but may also include other improvements to address infrastructure or accessibility concerns identified during the schematic design phase of the project. PROS is seeking a consultant team skilled in neighborhood park planning and design, inclusive playground design, public engagement, and contract document development. The consultant team should also include irrigation design, limited civil engineering, structural engineering, and electrical engineering expertise.
