Renovation of a parking garage in Miami, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
As of June 28, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline or award has not yet been established. The Contractor shall furnish all materials (except owner provided), labor, services, supervision, tools, equipment, and all other items necessary for the roadway improvements; installation of concrete encased duct banks; and manhole structures, located at Parking Garage G & Cruise Terminal V at Miami-Dade County Seaport Department. The project consists of, but is not limited to: 1) Installation of two (2) new Florida Power & Light (FP&L) Duct Banks and manhole structures 2) Relocation of existing light poles & electrical conduits 3) Modification to existing manholes and handholes 4) Installation of new CCTV camera 5) Roadway widening and pavement marking and signage 6) Tree removal 7) Any supportive ancillary tasks to successfully complete all elements of the project as shown on construction drawings, approved permits and in compliance all applicable regulatory standards and requirements. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents.
