The scope of work for this project consists of repairing spalls with exposed rebar on concrete sheet piles and pile caps, repairing the fender system and installing a new cleat bollard at Piers 39C and 39D at Honolulu Harbor Oahu Hawaii. All questions and requests for information (RFI) applicable to the bid documents shall be submitted via HIePRO no later than 14 calendar days before bid opening. Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed. Verbal RFI will not receive a response. The major items of work to be done includes, but not necessarily limited to the following major items of work: A. Mobilization and demobilization. B. Performing spall repairs including the following: 1. Sounding of all concrete surfaces for spalls on the concrete substructure. 2. Repair spalls on the reinforced concrete pile cap and sheet piles. Concrete repairs at the pile cap may involve removal and reinstallation of existing fenders. C. Removal and disposal of damaged existing fenders. D. Furnishing and installing new fenders. E. Furnishing and installing new cleat. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
