**As of July 20, 2023, the award amount is $683,449.15. The principal features of the work to be known as construction of approximately 2,700 linear feet (LF) of 8-inch diameter PVC force main. Questions received less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the date for the opening of bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of at least 90 days from date of opening. Complete insurance coverage will be required from the successful bidder prior to signing the contract. The Emerald Coast Utilities Authority reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid; reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, re-advertise a project, in whole or in part; and to accept a bid that in its judgment is the lowest and best bid of a responsible bidder.
