Measurement - By Square Foot. This bid item includes but is not limited to ripping existing road base at a 3-inch depth, grading, and compacting existing Class 2 aggregate base to 95% Payment - Includes full compensation per the estimated work complete. Payment for the work shall be made by applying the contract unit price for the work to the percentage of the work actually complete Measurement - By Square Foot. This bid item includes but is not limited to minor grading and the installation of 3-inches of Class 2 aggregate base compacted to 95% within a portion of the road that was washed out, approximately 360 square fee Measurement - By Square Foot. This includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals, and for performing the placement of pavement. This includes the installation of a 3-inch of hot mix asphalt concrete (HMA). FERC-licensed hydroelectric project including high mountain lakes in the vicinity of Lake Tahoe.
