Renovation of an educational facility in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Owner reserves the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids, to waive any minor informality/irregularity, to reject all bids, or to accept the bid or bids it deems best. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract amount will be required within 10 days after receipt of a properly prepared Agreement between the Owner and the Contractor. Cost of bonds shall be included in contractor's bid amount. Bids must be on the bid form and accompanied by a bid bond, with an Idaho State Licensed Surety Company, in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid amount made payable to: Independent School District of Boise. The bid security is to become the property of the Owner in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth, as liquidated damages for the delay and additional expense to the Owner caused thereby.
