Renovation of a municipal facility in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of an office development.

A description of the work of this project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Remove the existing mechanically attached TPO roofing membrane and 3/4 " perlite board & metal coping. The existing 3/4 " polyiso. board and 1/2 " glass fiber reinforced gypsum board to remain. Remove and replace all wet or damaged polyiso. board with new. Install new 80 mil TPO over 1/2 " cover board mechanically attached and new pre-finished metal coping. Project Location: Idaho State Department of Agriculture 2270 Old Penitentiary Road, Boise, ID 83712 Estimated Cost: $440,000 Question Deadline 05/28/2023 Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer) no less than ten (10) calendar days
