The purpose of the Request For Bids is to solicit bids from responsive and responsible bidders for cyclical roadway grading services of approximately 1,642 miles of roadways, in an estimated four (4) grading cycles, using conventional, high production road grader and other equipment to maintain roads and ditches to the proper shape and surface condition to promote ride-ability, good drainage, and low maintenance cost for the Clewiston and West Palm Beach Field Stations service areas. The Contract term is for three (3) years with two (2) one year renewal options. AN OPTIONAL PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 10 a.m., on-site at SFWMD West Palm Beach Field Station, 801 Sansburys Way, Royal Palm Beach, FL 33411.
