The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby inviting firms, prequalified via the Town of Palm Beach RFQ No. 2022-06, to submit competitive bids for A-39 Wastewater Pump Station Structural Repairs. The project requires the demolition of a portion of the first-floor slab and the construction of a new one in the exact location, complete identified on the plans concrete repairs to the building's walls and columns, perform masonry wall infill and exterior wall stucco repairs as specified in the project plans. The project requires demolishing the existing exterior doors, windows, and louvers and installing new ones in the exact locations shown on the plans. Also, the current roof membrane replacement is required under this scope. The responsible Contractor will perform finish work, painting, and site clean up as per the construction documents. The Contractor will furnish all labor and materials necessary to construct all improvements at the A-39 wastewater pump station as depicted on the plans and in the specifications to provide complete work.
