The Project includes a combination of excavation and trenchless repairs to the sanitary sewer main and manholes along Arch Street in Norristown, PA. Bids are requested for the following Contracts: Contract No. 2023-01: Excavation Repairs The work for this Contract generally includes but is not limited to replacement of approximately 142 L.F. of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer main; reconnection of seven (7) laterals; completion of four (4) spot repairs; surface restoration; associated appurtenances; and all other work identified in the Contract Documents. Contract No. 2023-02: Rehabilitation The work for this Contract generally includes but is not limited to cured-in-place pipe lining of approximately 1,484 L.F. of 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer main; reinstatement of 19 laterals; rehabilitation of five (5) manholes; and all other work identified in the Contract Documents. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 6/14/2023 4:00 PM All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer via PennBid.
