The City desires to obtain the services of an outside organization to help the City with the maintenance and repair of the City's streetlights, including park lighting, parking lot lighting, city facility external lighting, and other city facilities outlined in the scope of services. The selected organization will perform the full range of services including operation and services necessary to keep all streetlights operational, night-time light survey services, emergency response/service calls, and extra work. The City of Benicia is a general law city located in Solano County. The City is soliciting proposals for the maintenance and repair of approximately 2,360 streetlights throughout the city and is also responsible for maintaining park lighting, parking lot lighting, and other external City facilities that require monthly maintenance and repair services to ensure proper and safe operation. It is imperative that all equipment in the respective systems is serviceable and in operation at all times.
