SSRCE requires the services of an engineering consultant to conduct facility assessments of its 23 schools, (Appendix A), to complete a Facility Condition Index (FCI) report of the conditions of each school building. The purpose of the reports is to obtain detailed assessments of deferred maintenance impacts identified in the FCI data. The FCI data will also provide key information required for SSRCE to move forward with early planning of ongoing repairs and school replacement projects Estimated Duration of Contract (months):12 Proposals submitted must be valid for 60 working days from the date of submittal. At any time throughout the RFP process, a proponent may withdraw a submitted proposal. To affect a withdrawal, a notice of withdrawal must be sent to the SSRCE Contact and must be signed by an authorized representative. SSRCE is under no obligation to return withdrawn proposals.
