Location- 3044 W. Grand Blvd. Detroit, MI. 48202 (a) Wings G & K/Partial J; New single ply roof assembly; Contractor to remove existing roof system concrete substrate and install a new roof system. Complete work in a manner required by the single ply manufacturer in order to provide the State of Michigan a 20-year material and installation warranty for the entire roof system. (b) Courtyard 14: New single ply roof assembly: Contractor to remove existing roof system and metal decking to existing steel framing; install new metal decking and a new roof system.
