Renovation of an educational facility in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Scope of Work pertains to replacement of approximately 1,191m2 | 12,820 square feet of roof at Morris Hall. The building is a concrete structure with a four-story residence. The roof generally consists of a protected membrane system with gravel and paver ballast. The intent of the project is to replace the existing roof on the Morris Hall, including, but not limited to, ballast, insulation, membrane, flashings, counter-flashings, drains and vents. The new roof will be an inverted, built-up, roof membrane system.
