This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the City of Kingston (the "City") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Supply and Installation of Outdoor Fitness Equipment (KECC), as further described in Part 2 of the RFP Particulars (the "Deliverables"). The City requires complete supply, delivery and installation of outdoor fitness equipment for an approximate 1,200 sq foot area. Equipment is to include fitness stations or obstacles that users must navigate in a circuit without guided instruction. Fitness area is to include but not limited to participants being able to climb, balance on and jump over obstacles with options for varying levels of difficulty geared towards a wide range of fitness abilities. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of two (2) months, with additional reviews for the 3 warranty period with an option in favour of the City if deemed necessary, further one (1) month extensions may be requested by the City.
