Update:This request includes all renovations needed to refresh the finishes inside the building and also scope of the Decarbonization Plan. Refresh interior paint, carpet and millwork throughout building. Replace 2 HVAC RTU's with electric units, roof replacement with 60mm TPO. Elevator modernization upgrade, VAV redesign, and energy efficiency upgrades. EV charging to include two Level 2 Public and one Level 3 Fleet dual port stations. As of May 10, 2023, this project is the conceptual phase. An engineer has not been selected. This project is included in the City of Louisville's FY 2023-2028 CIP and funding for construction is allocated for FY 2025. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
