As of June 23,2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The Project includes the following Work: Furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to install a concrete duplex submersible wastewater pump station; approximately 300 LF of 4" PVC/FPVC force main (conventional excavation/directional drill); approximately 5,300 LF of 8" PVC/FPVC force main; connection to an existing force main; approximately 1,060 LF of 8" PVC/FPVC water main; connection to an existing water main; installation of fire hydrants; installation of all associated valves, fittings, and appurtenances; site work; electrical work; and associated restoration. The project includes furnishing and installing a stationary standby emergency diesel-generator at the pump station site as an Additive Alternate. Project funding will be from a combination of St. Johns River Water Management District REDI Cost-Share funds for the wastewater pump station and force main work and Town of Callahan funds for the water main work. Bidding Documents will be provided electronically as portable document format (PDF) files and as printed Bidding Documents, both for a non-refundable charge of $200 per set payable to "Mittauer & Associates, Inc." Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, the digital files will be emailed, and the printed Bidding Documents will be sent via UPS Ground. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
