Network Interface Devices (NIDs), Pedestals, Splice Cases, and Splitter Cabinets for Broadband. Equivalent materials will be considered based on lead time, cost, and technical specification. Equivalent units shall be submitted with a cut sheet for evaluation. Estimated bid price (not including sales tax) $716,977.90 Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier's Check executed by a State licensed surety company made payable to Jefferson County Public Utility District No. 1 in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any portion of any bid or to waive any formality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the District. Preference consideration may be given to domestic manufacturers.
