This project provides for the improvement of Discovery Road, from Rainier Street to Sheridan Street, to add a two-way bikeway, reconstruction of the roadway and sidewalk, asphalt removal, sidewalk removal, curb and gutter, center median construction, access ramps, textured cement concrete, grasscrete pavers, driveway reconstruction, gravity block wall, storm drain pipes and catch basins, new water main with connections to existing systems, new sewer pipes, street lighting, pavement marking, roadway signing, planting, irrigation, erosion control, and traffic control. The Project shall be substantially completed within 140 working days. The City's planned Notice to Proceed date is September 18, 2023.
