Reference Number 0000319552 NTRODUCTION The County of Peoria is currently accepting bids from qualified vendors for Bid #05-04-23 Peoria County Courthouse Re-Roof. PRE-BID MEETING A pre-bid meeting/site visit will take place on May 23, 2023, 10:00 a.m. at the Peoria County Courthouse, Board Room RM 403 Peoria IL 61602. PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT This project is a Public Works Project and will be subject to the Prevailing Wage Act. Please see "General Instructions to Bidders" for details. In addition to the Prevailing Wage Act requirements, Peoria County requires any General, or Sub-Contractor for contracts of $5,000 or greater, to participate in an Apprenticeship Training Program and to submit a Certificate of Apprenticeship and Training with bid response. General Contractors will be required to submit the names of any/all subcontractors to be used on this project. General Requirements Certified Payroll Contractors License Required Installation Required Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required - Performance Bond 100 % Question deadline: May 26, 2023 by 2:00 pm CST
