For any Project(s) and/or Master Planning tasks assigned to Architect by Owner, Architect shall provide services as required with special emphasis on design efficiency, cost control, schedule control, document control, contractor compliance, and management of information, as appropriate to the assignment in the Work Authorization. The scope of services may change should Owner elect to utilize Multi-Prime Construction Management, Design Build or other alternative delivery method. The services required may include, without limitation, those outlined herein, in the Work Authorization, and in the Agreement for Architectural Services as executed between the parties. A District generated document that tracks the Project(s) scope during initial planning through completion to assure budgetary, schedule, and scope of work compliance. The PPR includes, without limitation, Project description, scope, budget, schedule, and funding sources, and should reflect any known soft costs such as DSA fees, CM's fees, testing and inspection costs, contingency, furniture, and management fees, if applicable. It is updated throughout stages of the Project and is subject to District's approval at each phase or stage of the Project.
