Renovation of a municipal facility in Shorewood, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Lump Sum Price bid proposals will be received for this project at the scheduled time of receipt bids and will be publicly opened at that time. Should a bid bond be submitted, the bid bond shall be payable to the Owner. F. Bids shall be submitted on or before the specified closing time in an opaque sealed envelope addressed to: Mr. William McCluskey, IT Specialist. G. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of the Village. H. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works.
