Responses to questions timely submitted will be answered by Friday, May 26, 2023 and posted on this page The project is scheduled for bidding in June 2023 and to start construction in fall 2023, and will have 250 working days. The selected consultant shall serve as the City s representative and advocate serving in the best interest of the City, manage all construction activities, and serve as an extension of City staff. As of May 22, 2023, the due date and time has been confirmed with the owner.
