Renovation of a municipal facility in El Cerrito, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Removal and replacement of one (1) rooftop multizone unit (MZU), three (3) rooftop return fans, one (1) rooftop exhaust fan, one (1) gas fired boiler, one (1) chiller and all diffusers/grilles/registers. Remove underground ice storage tanks, electrical conduits, conductors and other electrical equipment for existing equipment, cap and abandon underground pipes. Install new electrical disconnect, new copper condensate pipe, rewire new MZU control panels to existing Alerton control system. Patch and repair roofing as necessary. Duct cleaning and air balance. 22-N-0910 License required to bid the project: B or C-20 Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price. The States requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements States estimated cost: $1,379,900.00. The term of this project is 200 calendar days.
