Upon City’s request, the Contractor shall review existing site plans or schematics of proposed sole garage or mixed-use developments and produce a traffic circulation and parking plan that assist the City in determining vehicle use and access patterns, functional wayfinding, programmed space inventory requirements and other criteria related to the efficient access to parking of all users. One of the first assignments under the resulting Agreement will be a parking study to evaluate parking requirements of redevelopment of Military Circle Mall area of the City.
