Per facility records, these bathrooms lack adequate quantity of stalls to support exchange patron demand. These records indicate the plumbing systems in the building are aged, damaged, continually back-up leading to a reduction in the number of available stalls. The primary goal of this project is to address all code deficiencies and includes the following: complete replacement of all vanities, toilet fixtures, countertops, toilet partitions, and repairs and repainting of existing perimeter walls and hard ceilings. The result of this project will reorganize the bathroom layouts for efficient and code-compliant use of these spaces. The total area of bathroom renovations is estimated to be 1,010 sf (average of 252.5 sf / bathroom).
