Remove and dispose existing equipment listed in Section 3 and furnish, deliver, and install Seven (7) Roof Exhaust Fans in accordance with the specification herein and shown in Attachment A. The technical specifications are based on existing roof fans manufactured by Greeneck or Approved Equal. A compatible fan manufacturer i.e., Greeneck, Cool Air Industries or Approved Equal is acceptable. The scope includes all necessary work for developing structural electrical, mechanical, and plumbing drawing for permitting requirements to provide a completely functional roof exhaust fans at the existing location listed with the equipment or equal(s) as detailed herein. The work to be performed under this solicitation document includes the furnishing of all tools, equipment, software, hardware, materials, supplies, manufactured items, all labor, engineering, transportation, and services, including fuel, power, water, essential communications, and performing all work, and other operations required to remove, dispose, replace, install, and commission seven roof exhaust fans. The new units shall be Jenn-Air, Greenheck, Cool Air Industries, or Approved Equal, as indicated on below existing fan schedule in section 3.
