Replace existing electrical service at Griffin Stadium Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount (in the form of a bid bond or cashiers check) is required for bids totaling $175,000 or more. Electronically submitted bids require a copy of the bid security to accompany submission. Original cashiers check bid security must be delivered within three (3) business days of bid opening or postmarked on or before bid opening date. The Owner will provide up to 8 sets of documents to the successful bidder. Additional sets may be purchased by the Contractor. It is Mandatory that a qualified representative from each prospective bidders organization attends one of the two Pre-bid Conferences scheduled for this project. Each Pre-bid Conference will include a walk-through of the project. Sub-bidders are encouraged to attend. Prime Contractors are required to attend and will be responsible for any items discussed at the pre-bid meeting. Direct any communications to SPPS The Owner intends to recommend award of Contract on June 20, 2023. SPPS Purchasing will send Contract to bidder after BOE award and processing is completed. B.
