Renovation of an educational facility in Stevensville, Michigan. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Project work includes: Resurface parking lots, drives, and replace deteriorated sidewalks Restore original 1967 exterior metal siding panels Replace old built-up roof with new membrane roof ADA Upgrades Remodel reception counter at main office for ADA compliance Remodel drinking fountains for ADA accessibility Install new ADA grab bars in toilets rooms Remodel stairs to Wrestling Mezzanine for Code compliance Replace aged building boilers with new thermally efficient boilers Replace Media Center air handling unit with new air handling unit Replace Office Area air handling unit with new air handling unit As of May 25, 2023, this project is in the pre-construction phase. Th bond has been approved. An architect and construction manager has been selected for the project. Bidding is expected to take place in two phases in October 2023 to February 2024 and October 2024 to February 2025.
