This is a construction project to remove and replace approximately 13,029 feet of feeder electrical cable. The cable will consist of three electrical cables and a grounding wire in manholes located at NSA Mechanicsburg. The cable will be replaced with new, the old cabling will be removed, all cable connectors will be replaced and any damage to racking system inside the manholes will be replaced as necessary. Damage to electrical cabling rack system is unknown without getting into the pipeline and determining the amount of damage.
