University of Hawaii Annual Advertisement for Construction Related Professional Services - Architects, Engineers, Planners, Surveyors, Biological Science (sampling and testing), Construction Management, Project Management and Real Estate Appraisal for Fiscal Year 2024 (July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024). The State of Hawaii, University of Hawaii is seeking qualified professional firms to provide services in the following areas of disciplines for the fiscal year commencing July 1, 2023: Architecture Biological Science (sampling and testing) Civil Engineering Commissioning Construction Management Electrical Engineering Environmental Engineering Landscape Architecture Mechanical Engineering Planning Project Management Real Estate Appraisal Structural Engineering Surveying Projects will include repair and maintenance projects, capital improvements program projects, and various types of planning projects located at all University of Hawaii campuses statewide, University-owned properties, extension sites, facilities for research, public service, and other institutional programs. The selection of firms for projects initiated by the University shall be made from the University's List of Qualified Professionals. The list will be established by responses to this request for qualifications. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: Professionals interested in being considered for selection must email one (1) PDF searchable file which contains both their letter of interest and Federal Form SF 330 (DPW 120 may be submitted in lieu of the SF330 form) to FCO@hawaii.edu. The letter of interest should contain the areas of discipline from above that your firm wishes to be considered for. There is no deadline for the filing of qualifications. The University conducts continuous recruitment for the aforementioned professional services.
