The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of existing 6-inch waterline and appurtenances with 8-inch ductile iron waterline and appurtenances. CONTRACTOR shall pay wages to each laborer and mechanic at a rate not less than the minimum wages specified in the current wage determination as published by the State of Ohio Department of Commerce. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous.
