Renovation of a transportation facility in Buffalo, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The NFTA reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject any or all bids and to extend the bidding period. The project consists of one (1) contract with the scope of work divided into Base Bid and two (2) Add Alternate bid items: BNIA - Terminal HVAC Replacement. The project will be implemented under two (2) separate Notices to Proceed (NTP-1 and NTP-2) as set forth in the Contract Documents Bidders are required to furnish bid security in an amount not less than ten percent of the total bid price and in favor of the NFTA if the base bid exceeds $50,000.00 250 calendar days after NTP Construction Substantial Completion
