The New York State Thruway Authority (Authority) is seeking to retain a qualified engineering firm to provide construction inspection services for various construction projects in the Buffalo Division. It is anticipated the Authority will use this agreement to inspect a range of construction projects which may include, but is not limited to: 1.) H152.1 I-190; MP 900.7 - 904.2 Pavement Rehabilitation Project 2.) Other assignments in the Buffalo Division may be made to this agreement. The work includes, but is not limited to: o Asphalt Pavement Reconstruction, Resurfacing and/or Repairs o Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) Pavement Reconstruction and/or Repairs o Bridge Cleaning, Painting, Rehabilitation and/or Replacement o Culvert Cleaning, Rehabilitation and/or Replacement o Retaining Wall Rehabilitation and/or Stabilization o Sign Structure Repairs and/or Replacement o Installation of Pavement Markings o Drainage Improvements o Highway Safety Improvements The anticipated value of this agreement may be up to $4 million. The duration of this agreement is three (3) years, and the Authority shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to extend this agreement for one (1) additional one (1) year term, subject to available funding.
