SCOPE OF WORK: Clean individual room or common area to reduce lead dust hazards from floors, window troughs and window stools. Clean apartment or house to reduce lead dust hazards from floors, window troughs and window stools. Paint stabilization trim per linear foot (assume 6 inches wide). o Mist defective paint area with water. o Lightly scrape all loose paint. o Feather edges with a sponge sanding block saturated with deglossing agent. o Rinse and HEPA vacuum all visible chips. o Allow surface to dry, seal and topcoat with premium acrylic latex or alkyd enamel. Stabilize reachable window jambs and sashes. (Per Window) o Wet scrape interior window trough. o HEPA vacuum all visible dust. o Spot prime and topcoat with a high-quality acrylic latex paint. o Clean window trough of all paint debris. o Laminate and back-caulk window trough with .032 aluminum or vinyl coil stock. Please indicate your hourly charge (on the Unit Price sheet) for any miscellaneous lead hazard reduction work not listed.
