sealed proposal for a lump sum General Contract for work associated with the renovation of the existing (former) Family Dollar Store to become a medical clinic. It will be a one-story facility with approximately 7,020 gross square feet. Major construction materials include, but are not limited to, the following: concrete paving and sidewalks, insulated metal wall panels, metal studs, gypsum wallboard partitions, millwork, interior finishes, and MEP systems. The project is located at 1109 Fisher Street, Goldthwaite, Texas. A Bid Guarantee (5% of the Base Bid) must be submitted with the Proposal, as noted in Section A, Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
