Shakopee Public Schools will receive sealed bids for Asbestos Removal and Disposal from the above listed site according to project specifications. A cashiers check, certified check, or acceptable Bidders Bond payable to Shakopee Public Schools, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid, shall be submitted with each bid in accordance with the specifications The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond. Shakopee Public School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive formalities or any irregularities in bidding.
