The City of Clearwater is soliciting sealed bids for seven (7) 85-kilowatt (kW) trailer mounted portable generators to sustain operability of twenty (20) lift stations during a storm event, as well as two (2) 200 kW trailer mounted mobile generators to provide backup power to the City's three (3) Wastewater Reclamation Facilities (WRFs) in case of an emergency power loss. ** The items in this solicitation are being funded through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) DR-4337-398-R & DR-4337-505-R, as approved by the Florida Division of Emergency Management (Division) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Vendor shall comply with all requirements of said grant program.
