IFB #2023-013 Consider authorizing a contract with R&R Concrete, Inc. for the Northeast Office Paving Repairs and Replacement – Phase 1 Project located at 6000 Lamar Ave., Shawnee Mission, KS 66202, in the amount not to exceed $524,580. _____________________________________________________________ Direct all questions to Lisa Robbins, Purchasing Administrator lisa.robbins@jocogov.org 913-715-0590 Sealed bids for Bid Request No. 2023-013 for Northeast Office Repairs and Replacement - Phase 1 shall be submitted electronically at https://jocogov.ionwave.net until the above time. If you have difficulty submitting a bid electronically, please contact Lisa Robbins at 913-715-0590 for assistance. Arrangements may be made to receive sealed paper bids. Necessary documents must be attached at time of bid submittal. Submission of bids will not be allowed after the designated time. You must register as a supplier at https://jocogov.ionwave.net at least two (2) business days prior to the bid opening to ensure a successful registration, which is required for bid submittal. All bids that have been duly received will be publicly opened and read aloud at the above time, via Zoom Meeting. The Zoom address will be published in Ionwave under the bid's "Activities" tab. Preliminary bid results will be published in IonWave within one business day for the scheduled public opening.
