Park pavilion located at 2-50 Sherman Street, Kingston. Parcel 48.82-9-24.100. Parcel is located between
Sherman and Grant Streets. Access from Sylvester Street, Kingston.
o Due to the pavilion hosting summer camp, work shall commence no earlier than Monday, August
14, 2023, and shall be completed no later than December 31, 2023.
o Remove existing pavilion roof down to underlayment
o Approximately 1950 Square feet, 63'L x 23'W, with a 41' ridge and 17' hip rafters to each corner
o Replace rotten or damaged underlayment (cost out separately per sheet)
o Replace with GAF Timberline HD architectural shingles; Color: Hickory
o Remove and replace drip edge, approximately 172 LF
o Install new fascia, approximately 172 LF
o Sister each existing rafter tail, 78 total
o Header repairs: approximately 30.5 LF total
