IFB #2023-014 Consider authorizing a contract with Phillips Site Work, Inc. for the Sunset Paving Repairs and Replacement Phase 1 Project at the Sunset Drive Office Building, located at 11811 S. Sunset Dr., Olathe, Kansas 66061, in the amount of $142,307.15. _________________________________________________________________ Nonresident contractors that are not already registered with Kansas Secretary of State are required by law to register with the Director of Revenue, State Office Building, Topeka, Kansas, as a precedent to commencing work on the contract. For contracts in excess of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), the nonresident contractor shall file with the director of Revenue an acceptable bond pursuant to K.S.A. 70-1010. TAX CLEARANCE: The successful responder to this IFB shall be required to submit Tax Clearance Certifications, as provided for in the Invitation for Bid documents, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
