The Mecosta-Osceola ISD is accepting sealed bids bids for a Cantilever Fence project, at the MOISD Career Center, located at 15830 190th Ave., Big Rapids. The MOISD reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bid package will include labor, permits, material, and equipment necessary to complete this project as outlined below. 1. The Contractor shall supply and install the following: a. 8-foot high fence line b. Cantilever gate for 20-foot opening; c. 9-foot wide pedestrian gate over sidewalk, with panic bar exit mechanism; d. Replacement Gate Rollers for second gate; e. Contractor shall set all posts in concrete. 2. Contractor shall ensure that all work is performed by skilled professionals and executed in a workmanlike manner in accordance with best standards and practices of the trade. 3. Contractor shall complete all work and provide all materials, tools, equipment, and safety devices necessary to perform work in the proper manner within the time specified. Contractor shall complete the entire work to the satisfaction of the MOISD and in accordance with the specifications herein described, at the price agreed upon. All the work, labor, and equipment to be completed and provided under the contract, shall be completed and provided strictly pursuant to, and in conformity with, the specifications described herein and any directions of the MOISD representatives as given during the progress of the work
