City of Berkeley is soliciting invitations for bid for the purchase of Materials for Echo Lake Camp Snow Damage Repairs. The specifications and selection process are summarized in this invitation for bid (IFB). Please submit one (1) PDF of the bid/offer form and attachments with the filenames saved as, "Bid - 23-11595 Materials for Echo Lake Camp Snow Damage Repairs.", as well as a completed pricing sheet (Excel Exhibit X) with the filenames saved as, "Pricing Sheet - 23-11595 Materials for Echo Lake Camp Snow Damage Repairs." Incomplete bids and bids which do not conform to the requirements specified herein, will not be considered. Issuance of the IFB does not obligate the City to award a contract, nor is the City liable for any costs incurred by the bidder in the preparation and submittal of bids for the subject work. The City retains the right to award all or parts of this contract to several bidders, to not select any bidders, and/or to re-solicit proposals. The act of submitting a bid is a declaration that the bidder has read the IFB and understands all the requirements and conditions.
