HARD COPY BID SUBMISISONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK - Replacement of media at the Region's Southeast Collector (SEC) Odour Control Facility located at 7200 York Durham Line, Marham, just north of Steeles Avenue East.
