Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in La Grande, Oregon. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This project will repair and seal the concrete floor, replace the furnace and air conditioner, install a swamp cooler, install a sliding strip curtain to separate two areas, replace the tires on the pallet jackets and forklift with indoor use tires, and put a cover on the exhaust fan for an estimated total cost of $50,000.
