The grainger county board of education is currently in the process of purchasing materials for a fencing project and waterline project, and accepting bids for fencing and waterline installation.Prospective bidders are required to guarantee the terms of their bid for a period of 12 months. The project shall consist of the installation of 6,725 feet of 13-48-6 class 3 galvanized woven wire fence with one strand barb wire at top on 5-6 round treated posts at critical areas/ corners/h-braces/elevation changes etc. The line posts shall consist of steel standard T posts no more than 12 on centers. Included shall be the installation of 10 12 farm gates in various locations throughout the fence. WATERLINE The project shall consist of the digging/installing/covering of 2 SDR17 waterline for the main supply line with 1 SDR17 lines branching off at various locations to supply the 4 Ritchie cattle waterers to be installed to meet the specifications of NRCS guidelines. Installation of waterline shall be bid on a per foot price for the 2 and 1 waterline.
