The City of Bartlett, Parks and Recreation Department is seeking bids to remove silt and sediment from the bottom of the existing retention pond by excavation methods. Erosion along the side slopes will also be repaired and riprap will be added to help stabilize the banks. The Project will also include erosion control, sod, and all associated work. Although this project does not require a TDEC SWPPP, the Contractor shall implement Erosion Prevention and Soil Conservation (EPSC) Best Management Practices (BMP''s) as required by the City of Bartlett and the TN Department of Environment and Conservation. (TDEC). A confirmation email will be returned with specific information concerning the conference. Failure to attend this meeting will result in the rejection of your proposal. Sealed bids are to be received no later than 2:00 pm on Tuesday, May 30, 2023. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bidding process.
