These prices are submitted with a declaration that no Bartlett Aldermen or Employee has a financial or beneficial interest in this transaction. The intent of these specifications is to provide sufficient specified information to permit prospective bidders to submit sealed bids for, Wastewater and Sludge Analysis of two wastewater treatment plants operated by the City of Bartlett Engineering Department- Wastewater Treatment Division.
