Renovation of a mixed-use development in North Charleston, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of an educational facility and municipal facility.

The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, Demo and install new restroom facilities in four (4) existing restrooms at the Bridgeview Complex. There are five (5) restrooms in Building 1000, two (2) restrooms in Building 1001, two (2) restrooms in Building1002 and two (2) restrooms in Building 1003.The Base Bid will be the improvements in Building 1000. Improvements in Building 1001 will be Alternate #1, improvements in Building 1003 will be Alternate #2 and improvements in Building 1002 will be Alternate #3. 2. Install all plumbing, fixtures, HVAC, fans, electrical, lighting, toilet partitions, toilet paper holders, paper towel dispensers, handicap bars, paper cup dispensers, thermostats, fire alarms and all accessories shown on the plans. 3. Contractor shall maintain the construction entrances and maintaining proper drainage. Maintenance of entry gates shall also be the Contractor's responsibility. Adjacent public streets, sidewalks, curbs, and parking lots shall be swept, scraped, washed and kept clean daily (more often as necessary) throughout all operations. 4. Contractor shall provide a project specific safety plan prior to mobilization. 5.
