Scope of Work: The work includes, but is not limited to, an addition of an activity facility adjacent to the original weight room facility building on campus. It will have toilets and a dual bottle filling station to serve the additional occupancy load of the addition. The facility will be constructed as a Pre-Engineered Metal Building reinforced with structural steel, joists, and trusses. Finishes will include but are not limited to rubber flooring, ceramic tiling, paint and additional finishes. The package includes basic electrical services, life safety systems, information technology systems, and cable trays. Sitework is also part of this contract and consists of the installation of utilities, paving, and sidewalks. Project will be required to be designed and constructed in accordance with CCSD's Educational Specifications and Design Requirements.
